Experience:
Started home brewing 11 years ago and liked it so much that I went to
brew school. After brew school, I started as head brewer for Hops Bistro and
Brewery at the Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ. Moved to a new location in
Scottsdale and opened a new Hops at the Fashion Square. From there I brewed
a short time at Uptown Brewery in Scottsdale and Tempe. Then moved back to
California, in January 2001 stated brewing at Tustin Brewing Company and
have been loving every minute of it!

Steve Parkes - Brewer and head instructor at
American Brewers Guild.
Paul Segura - Head Brewer at Carl Strauss breweries, San
Diego.
