Ok, here we go...Recently, Porter put some wort out and hoping for a spontaneous fermentation which will result in a one of a kind TBC beer. This experiment will take about a year before we'll know if the we achieved the right mix of bacteria for a tasty brew to be cultivated. Next, the wine barrels in front are still incubating what we hope will be a variety of delectable sours. This again is not going to be in the near future. However,  lastly, an experimental success, the Pom Bomb (Lemon Heights Hefe w/ pomegranate molasses) is ready and waiting for it's debut. One of our favorite things about Porter, and there are many, is that he is always delighting us with his version of different beer styles and concepts while somehow still tinkering and improving our seven house brews. I think I speak for us all when I say, "Porter, you can experiment on us any time..."
